ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We opened our first office in 2020 and expanded with a second location in 2025. We currently have a team of five, and we work closely across both offices to create a fun, supportive environment where people feel valued and motivated to grow.
I’m a third-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for 13 years. I graduated from Capital University where I played football, and outside of work I’m a husband, a dad to a two-year-old daughter, and we have another baby on the way. I’m also in a cover band and love spending time outdoors whenever I can.
We’re looking for someone hardworking, coachable, positive, and reliable, with strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term career. If you want to be part of a team that’s growing, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, we’d love to connect.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
